By registering using this form, you agree to be invoiced the full amount of the training. Invoices will be sent as soon as the minimum amount of attendees (5) is reached.

For the ticket for PFCongres (included for the September 15-16 training in Utrecht), you don't need to register on their website. Your registration on this website will be sent to the PFCongres as soon as the minimum amount of attendees is reached.
